Kellee has worked in mental health since 2008 across various settings and roles including addiction and recovery treatment programs and doing case management. She completed a Masters degree in Multicultural Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 at University of CO, Denver, which emphasized the role identity plays the strengths available to any person.

Kellee uses Values Exploration, mindfulness activities, and a cognitive approach as a guide to help people clarify for themselves what is most important to them to live a life worth living. She has extensive experience and passion for counseling people with chronic anxiety, perfectionism, toxic shame, and cultural identity to help them move through these barriers in order to be a more authentic version of themselves.
